I didn’t buy my Car from Twin but I WILL take it there for any service needed! I was upset because my radio/screen wouldn’t show the station or who was singing the song. I called another dealer and they said I would have to leave the car for the whole day! I called Twin, spoke to service mgr. Mark. He said bring it in-should take about an hour. I did and they re-programmed it and I was out in 1 hr and 15 min. The service department was so friendly and the wait area was clean and had coffee/tea. And they didn’t even charge me for it! I’m 82 and was so happy I didn’t have to make arrangements to leave my car for the entire day!! Best service department ever! Dale. More
I have a 2019 Buick Encore and I have had all service done at Twins Buick. I did not have any issues previously; but there were no problems with the car, only needing routine service. At 37,500 miles, the engine light came on Friday, June 2nd, 2023. I called the service department at Twins and left a message that I just needed a call to instruct me if I could drive the car. The first appointment that was available online was Thursday, June 8th. From Friday to Tuesday; I called 5 times and left 3 messages with no response. I then called and connected to the operator at 11;50am on Tuesday. This staff was very polite and went back to service to inform them that I needed to speak briefly with someone. I was told that the manager would call me back within 30 min. After an hour, I called and connected again to the operator. This staff again went back to the service department to request a call-back for me. It is now 4:30pm and no one has called. I did end up going to an Auto Zone to let them perform a diagnostic to know if I could drive the car. The result was a leak in the canister purge valve. I have a medical appointment on Thursday at 12:30 at Riverside; so just wanted to know if the work could be done in time for me to leave at 11;30am. My appt. was for 8am. Still no call back; so I will probably have to change my medical appointment. I only have 1 mode of transportation; so need to keep the Thursday appt. to have the repair completed. It is egregious that Twins Buick would treat loyal customers this way. My fiancé and I are preparing to trade in his BMW sedan and my Buick Encore for a new car for me. Twins Buick was on the list to visit; but I will not consider them now after the poor treatment that I have received this week and their total disregard of their customers. I am very loyal to a business with exemplary customer service; but Twins has disappointed me and have lost a loyal customer. In the competitive market, not good business strategy. Terrible service department. We decided to get a couple of small things repaired before our warranty expired. Scheduled the appointment and when my wife got there they said about a hour. They said they were trying to track down the parts and not much longer. Two turned into three hours. Finally I told my wife to schedule another appointment. This time she made me come. I bought a 2018 Ford F150 from Twins Buick GMC. I found out in May 2021, that the A/C didn't work. I made an appointment 4 days ahead of time to have this issue repaired at Twins. The customer service Luc out in May 2021, that the A/C didn't work. I made an appointment 4 days ahead of time to have this issue repaired at Twins. The customer service Lucas Spencer provided was poor to say the least. After waiting 6 hours at the dealership, I received no updates or status. I went to Mr. Spencer and he then checked on the vehicle and gave me my keys saying "no pressure found in compressor and they could not locate a Ford compressor in all of Columbus." Pretty shabby, and the priority for the customer was horrible. A round trip from Cincinnati for this experience was one of the worst I have experienced.. More

No title after 60 days from purchase date No phone calls to customer, had to call dealership 4 times and still no answers on where our title is. Our bank has even made multiple attempts with no response. A dealership has 30 days to get a title to you. Our car has been sitting in the garage and undrivable since our temporary has expired. The dealership has made no attempt to rectify this with us... won’t even give us the full name and contact number of the person who in charge of obtaining titles at Twins Buick dealership.....say they don’t know?? Really? Had to call multiple people to find out what was going on since the dealership would not help us. BMV, BBB, Lending bank, Attorney Generals office. All of this could have been avoided if they would have contacted us and tried to rectify/assist. I was put on hold 2 times and when told the title person was out of meeting and I could speak with her....the transfer went to voicemail. When I questioned if car was stolen or we were being scammed, their was absolutely no reassurance that this was not the case. Spent all day on the phone with people doing their job only to find out the dealership has never had titleship...and we are 60 days out from purchase....which is illegal. More

When I called back to ask why they didn't test my alternator, she said the only thing they found wrong with the vehicle starting was the battery terminal and that she is not allowed to test aftermarket parts. After speaking with her manager, he informed me that she did in fact test my alternator, knew it was bad, but no one ever told me. More

I also want to take the time to thank Chris, the technician who did everything he could to make it as inexpensive as possible and ensure my remaining 12 1/2 hour ride went off without a hitch.
