Megan in service is a liar. Worst customer service experience ever. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for repairs on recalls and to diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start Worst customer service experience ever. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for repairs on recalls and to diagnose why my vehicle wouldn't start, I got stranded on the road not 24 hours after picking up my car. When I called back to ask why they didn't test my alternator, she said the only thing they found wrong with the vehicle starting was the battery terminal and that she is not allowed to test aftermarket parts. After speaking with her manager, he informed me that she did in fact test my alternator, knew it was bad, but no one ever told me. More

I also want to take the time to thank Chris, the technician who did everything he could to make it as inexpensive as possible and ensure my remaining 12 1/2 hour ride went off without a hitch. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs help servicing their vehicles at Twins Buick GMC! Thank you guys so very much for everything! More

Great service! This was a warranty covered maintenance visit. I was met with a friendly face and a red rose---nice touch. The time I waited was exactly what I had be This was a warranty covered maintenance visit. I was met with a friendly face and a red rose---nice touch. The time I waited was exactly what I had been told when I scheduled my appointment. No surprises. The waiting room was clean and sunny. They even had fresh coffee and donuts. To top everything off, I left with a clean Encore. More

Service is a joke My daughter recently had her 2014 Buick under full warranty towed in to these people, she is a OSU student and works , car was having a starting issue My daughter recently had her 2014 Buick under full warranty towed in to these people, she is a OSU student and works , car was having a starting issue. Servise told her they were closing in 1 hour and would not be able to help her unless she wanted to leave it and they had no loaner for her ( It is entitled to a loaner under full warranty). I called GM and they towed it to Sandoval who fixed it promptly and were very courteous and informative , it was as simple as a dead cell in the battery which Twin could have checked in 10 minutes. Avoid this dealership as they flat don't care about GM owners. More
