Quick and Honest Service Recently I went in for service on my 2017 Titan that was having power issues. I walked in on a Thursday morning and without hesitation, Chase and the Recently I went in for service on my 2017 Titan that was having power issues. I walked in on a Thursday morning and without hesitation, Chase and the service team immediately took the truck in for an assessment. He and his team realized a faulty battery and replaced it. I greatly appreciate that Chase was able to get the truck in right away and fixed in a timely manner. Great work Team! More

Unfriendly Unenthusiastic Service Department Honestly every time I either call or go into the Tynnan Nissan Service Department, the representatives are reluctant to help. It seems like they just Honestly every time I either call or go into the Tynnan Nissan Service Department, the representatives are reluctant to help. It seems like they just want to put the least effort possible into actually diagnosing and fixing an issue with the vehicle. I have to press them for answers regarding pricing, availability, and problem diagnostics. I’ve even had one of the service members abruptly hang up on me in the past when we were nearing the end of a conversation. Just overall a very rude and unfriendly vibe. I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but I think the unprofessional conduct by the men in the service department should be noticed by management. I just bought out my lease so I plan to go somewhere else moving forward. Working with Taher Fares and Jose in the lease buyout was a great experience and they were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the lease buyout processs. More

Brian seemed to be honest & is very professional! I realize you can only do so much when parts are obsolete & no longer available so I decided to leave in position I got it back in & put red tape on s I realize you can only do so much when parts are obsolete & no longer available so I decided to leave in position I got it back in & put red tape on switch so no one moves it. I'll have to live with it functioning perhaps at 75percent but I'd rather be safe than 100percent comfortable.Thanks to Brian for responding to our request in a timely manner and treating us with dignity.
