I was happy with my tune up a d replacement of windshield wipers. Since your people did my oil change and filled my window washer solution I feel they were responsible for the cap falling off. I never open wipers. Since your people did my oil change and filled my window washer solution I feel they were responsible for the cap falling off. I never opened the hood until I stopped at Nissan to have the window washer solution filled. Your man found it empty and the top gone. It should have been replaced while I was there and at no fee. Thank you More

Convenient location. Luke seemed like he didn't know what to do. I would guess he is new or lacks knowledge. Prices he sent were in my mind extremely high. I have recommended this dealership before my last visit where they left the drain plug loose and oil leaked in my driveway quite disappointed with this. "Oh man, you won't believe the runaround I got from other mechanics about my Nissan. They were all like, 'Your alternator is shot, you need to fix it ASAP.' But then I decided to take it to Tynan's Nissan fo mechanics about my Nissan. They were all like, 'Your alternator is shot, you need to fix it ASAP.' But then I decided to take it to Tynan's Nissan for a second opinion. And guess what? They checked it out and said everything was fine! Can you believe it? And the cherry on top was that they didn't even charge me for the check-up, and they even washed my car. Seriously, Tynan's Nissan of Aurora is the real deal. Highly recommend!" More
