"I recently purchased a certified Mercedes from Tysinger. ..."

- thompsonrobert

I recently purchased a certified Mercedes from Tysinger. My overall experience with the dealership wat outstanding. The sales girl, Helen was extremely professional and made this experience the best I have ever had. I would definitley recommend Tysinger to all my friends and family.

"I brought my 2008 ram truck in to have a remote start..."

- VANTRUCK

I brought my 2008 ram truck in to have a remote start installed. I was told it would take about 2 hours. It took them 10 DAYS to install a remote start. The Mechanic notes we received when we picked up the truck "Said they couldn't figure out how to get the computer system in the truck to work once they installed the remote start." The mechanics guessed at how to fix it. They lied to us and said someone was coming in from Detroit to fix it. When I called Dodge headquarters, they knew nothing of the problem. Take your vehicle here at your own risk.

"I am so sick of this place that I cringe before I have to..."

- reach4astar

I am so sick of this place that I cringe before I have to go. I purchased my car from them new in 2001. Dring the warranty period, of course I was more than pleased. However, since the warranty has been up they have been sticking it to me every which way they can. From $1300 for a Service B inspection/oil change. To a $250 key (the part was $75 the labor is $175 (I watched them and it took 20 minutes to synchronize and that was because the guy didn't know what he was doing). I am not just griping, I was expecting high bills for service when I bought a mercedes, but when they look like they are just pulling prices out of the air. I can't help but see red. I have yet to pay less than $500 when I take it for a Service A (an oil change), a state inspection, or any other silly thing with the stupid warning lights go off. Today, I have decided to get rid of my mercedes and definitely get a Infiniti/Acura/Cadillac/BMW anything but... Because I was just charged $240 for a battery plus the labor to put it in. WHAT????? I just can't trust them to be honest and the mercedes has too many problems to continue to pay $500 to $1500 every few months.

"Never seemed to fix the problem. Service writer was..."

- glenmal

Never seemed to fix the problem. Service writer was okay. After 4 years of dealing with unsatisfactory service, we sold both Mercedes and went to BMW. Had little to do with the quality of car manufacturer all all to do with rotten service and management that seemed indifferent. Casey sevice is quantumly better than Tysinger.

"I recently made an appointment to have my vehicle..."

- student68

I recently made an appointment to have my vehicle services at the Mercedes service department with the blue team. On the day of my service appointment I brought my vehicle in 15 minutes before the schedule time. I quickly found out that the appointment had not been made on the original phone call to the service department. During this time I spoke to the service department about fixing the seat belt and notified them that I had just purchased new mats for the car. I requested to have the floor boards cleaned before placing the new mats down. I specifically told the service department if they could not clean the floor then not to put the new floor mats down that I would have it done myself later. Prior to bringing my car in for service I had contacted the dealership to obtain a rental vehicle while my car was being serviced. I was told that I would receive a call about my request for a Mercedes to rent. I never received a phone call from them. Once my car was taken in for service I had to wait over 30 minutes for a rental car that was not clean. I refused to take the rental car and made my concerns known to service manager. The work that was done on my vehicle took the service department 6 hours to complete. In addition, I was not contacted when the work had been completed. When I picked up the vehicle they has completely disregarded my instructions and put the new mats over dirty floor boards. I would rate there overall service department and customer service skills as extremely poor.
