Took car in for some front end work. Front end of my 2009 Charger felt loose and clunked when hitting bumps. Found out I needed struts and numerous other parts. Just about everything was covered by my extended warranty. A very pleasant experience. Chris was my service repesentative and was very thorough. Communication was great. He kept me informed of the parts that were needed, the cost of the repairs and the time fra me to finish the job. His attention to the customer was second to none. All service writers should be this good! More

Service department We dropped your car off for the first time at Tyson motor in Shorewood. We dropped it off on Wednesday night for work to be done on Thursday. It was a We dropped your car off for the first time at Tyson motor in Shorewood. We dropped it off on Wednesday night for work to be done on Thursday. It was an oil change and two recalls. I didn’t hear anything from anyone on Thursday so I called at 3 PM and was told I would get a call back and never did. I Called back at 11am on Friday to find out they were just starting on my car. They call me back with a $4000 quote on a bunch other stuff they found ion my car. I called around and got two other quotes that was a quarter of the price. I called and told them we are not going to do anymore work we would come pick up the car. We were told we can come as late as nine on Friday. we didn’t make it we came Saturday at 4:30 when the service department was closed. We were told the ticket was never closed out and we can’t pick the car up till Monday. I was without my car for five days. And my husband has to leave work early so we can pick up the car Monday. Not happy at all with the service. More
They do not take AMEX cards so I cannot get a free rental. I have a life time warranty on a Chrysler product, but because Tyson does not take a AMEX card, I cannot get a free rental. The management was no help, so I had to go directly to Chrysler Headquarter's and submit my rent a car bill for payment, which the dealership should have picked up. Very unhappy with this dealership and the service department. More
trusting a dealership Trusting a dealership service department is difficult for me to do. However, Chris Benigno in Service, seemed very trustworthy. No pressure , no BS. Even though he shared the cold hard facts, he came across as compassionate of my situation. I also, liked not being given misleading info. If he did not know an answer to question he found out the answer or simple acknowledge he did not know. Regarding the work performed time will tell. More

Poor service Made an appointment to get my car checked for a noise it was making, even showed them the noise it was making and 2 days later no word from them. Called them and to follow up to see what was going on and they still didn’t have a answer for me, they couldn’t even tell me if my car had been checked yet! They told me they would call me the next day, waited all day and once again didn’t hear from them, all they could tell me is that they were really busy, I tried giving them as much time as possible but when they told me they still didn’t know what was going on with my car I told them I was going to just pick it up and when I went in they just told me nothing was wrong with my car! 3 days to tell me my car was ok when I can clearly hear the noise plus my car is only 1 year old! Definitely won’t be going back! More
