They were professional, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and made what could have been a stressful situation much eas at UJ Chevrolet. The team was responsive, honest, and followed through on what they said they would do. It’s refreshing to work with a service department that values communication and customer service just as much as the repair itself. Our truck is back on the road, and we’re very happy with the work. A lot of confusion with the appointment, I’m thankful I got my truck that afternoon but very disappointed that my oil was changed as it had just been changed at the dealership a few weeks earlier upon my r got my truck that afternoon but very disappointed that my oil was changed as it had just been changed at the dealership a few weeks earlier upon my request. The tickets was somehow mixed up as I only asked for the front left tire to be changed. The tire had been ordered for this purpose. I didn’t realize that a second oil change had been done and I was charged for it until I got home and viewed the bill. I think this was a mistake I should not have been charged for! More
