I had to call the provider myself to prove otherwise. • Inconsistency: The advisor changed the description of the parts (harness vs. socket) when speaking to the adjuster. • Lack of Communication: My car sat for four hours because the advisor sent the invoice to the wrong email. I received no status updates during this time. • Unprofessionalism: No apology was offered for the clerical error or the significant delay that prevented me from picking up my own vehicle. More
