Fantastic experience. We found a used vehicle online, drove to the dealer, and they hadn't had a chance to inspect or detail it yet. We did a quick test drive (manager approved the truck to be driven) and decided it was the vehicle for us. We bought the truck on Monday night, they serviced it and detailed it over the next 2 days, and delivered it to us 60 miles away. By the time they had approved the truck for me, they had replaced wheel bearings, installed new front breaks, and put a new set of tires on ($800.00+) at no charge. They had already sold me the truck and could have just washed it and sent us on our way, but they went the extra miles...no pun intended. Thanks to the entire staff, including our fantastic sales rep, Jody Frost, and the finance manager, Josh Baxter. Josh was able to beat our pre-approved finance percentage rate, and got us a spectacular deal on a warranty as well. We will certainly be back to UJ Chevrolet for any of our future vehicle needs. Normally 100% - however this time when I got home noticed my tires were rotated but the tire pressures were not re-gaged and held the wrong air pressures. Regaged myself and added/reduced tire air pressures my tires were rotated but the tire pressures were not re-gaged and held the wrong air pressures. Regaged myself and added/reduced tire air pressures pressures myself. 1st time in 26 years - they did not regage my tire pressures after rotation. In 26 years I will give them one "Mulligan". More
