Kelly South has always taken great care of us. The staff is very friendly. As with all dealers, I dislike the the way the finance manager plays games with interest and payments. I know I’m not going to change anything but laying it out from the agreed upon price and not switching to payments would be great. I hate the game. Understand it’s how you make money but it’s also what gives car dealers a bad reputation if when every other aspect of the purchase is great. More
