If I could give no stars I would give no stars. .. The communication at this dealership is garbage. They sold me a car with only 1 key fob and only disclosed this AFTER I purchased the car. If I would have known there was only 1 fob I would not accepted their counteroffer and pushed to pay less as I would have to buy a 500$ key... The title they took almost 3 weeks to send and then when they sent it, they sent it to the wrong DMV office. I will NEVER recommend anyone to come here. More

I was there from shortly after 11:00 until 1:30 for an oil change. I can get my oil changed in 15 minutes at Penzoil or in my other car. I don’t understand why each time I have came to U-J to get my oil oil change. I can get my oil changed in 15 minutes at Penzoil or in my other car. It takes hours plural and the guy just looks like he’s gotten nothing but time to waste when you look out the window and watching I don’t understand. More
