Excellent services Alternator went out in a week time frame of purchase. Was told to bring it to the union city location for service and wasn't informed about I had to p Alternator went out in a week time frame of purchase. Was told to bring it to the union city location for service and wasn't informed about I had to pay 64.40 for a diagnosis test. I got upset because forest park didn't tell me any thing about it. Gerald went out his way and talked to his manager john smith about what they could do. Because if there support and doing a great job with customer service I was able to get both the 64.40 waiver and the 100 dollars waiver. Yesssss I will recommend them!!! More

Rip off They will totally take advantage of you. I was told that they work with people who have bad credit, and need help getting a vehicle. Instead, they t They will totally take advantage of you. I was told that they work with people who have bad credit, and need help getting a vehicle. Instead, they totally rip you off and take advantage of those in need. Went in to test drive a Ford Expedition, but they wouldn't give me the price (neither online or over the phone). After I test drove it, they walked me up to a man behind a desk who didn't even look up to acknowledge me. He gave the sales man a price that was $8000 over the KBB price and other market values in the area. I was ASTONISHED and questioned their pricing. They said it was because they take a risk in lending to people with bad credit, and they also put ~$3000 to recondition the vehicle. I told them I had perfect credit and was going to pay cash for it, but they wouldn't budge on the price. I asked, if you try to help people, you must have low interest rates to charge so much for your vehicles. He said, yes, we only charge 18%. This place is a complete joke and rip off, and I will never recommend them to anyone. More
