What would have seemed to be a simple repair to remedy a check engine light turned out to be more involved. I told the repair was complete, but on returning home the check engine light returned with an additional code. A two day repair turned into a 10 day repair(additional part had to be ordered). I think the original diagnosis would have indicated the need for the additional part.

People are so quick and dismissive which is why we do not like going into a dealership but Mr. King walked the lot in the sun and we drove a few cars until I selected what I wanted. I had the pleasure of working with a salesman by the name of Jonah and honestly this young man is one of a kind when it comes to car sales. Usually your met with aggressive, carelessness when it comes to car sales well at least that’s been my experience. But this young man is the most compassionate, respectful, professional sales person I’ve ever met at a dealership. I’ve visited this dealership twice to do business but however the manager wasn’t my cup of tea but I really wanted to give Jonah my business but again the manager wasn’t whom I enjoyed doing business with. I had to give a review because I could not allow this young man to go unnoticed because again you do not find a compassionate caring sales person like this often. He builds relationships and that’s what matters! your not made to feel pressured into purchasing. I hope to do business with him in the future. I recommend Jonah. to whoever is in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Awesome service in the Hyundai Service Department - I was in from out of town and got a flat tire- and I mean totally flat no driving on it what so ever- needed a new tire ASAP to be able to drive back home- 7 hours away. We had researched a number of vehicles ahead of time on the lot and reached out to look at them. We talked to Corey and, when we got there, two of the ones I had been looking at were sold. There were two that were still on the lot. We drove a Willy's and a Rubicon. We went out the door paying less than the amount advertised (including with taxes, titles, and fees). We are a few weeks in and the vehicle has been satisfactory so far.
