I don't do reviews frequently, In hence i have to do so this time, Don't buy any car from this dealer and don't deal with Gorge and Jacob, i was so polite and fast in paying and did my deal within less t this time, Don't buy any car from this dealer and don't deal with Gorge and Jacob, i was so polite and fast in paying and did my deal within less than 2 hours, whatever they asked i provide then i asked them to fix anything if i used the car so they said yes sure you have 2 months warranty from pumper to pumper....i used it and after 2 days only i have noisy sound coming from rear brake pads also the water washer not coming out plus a small alignment, they kept wasting my time by texting only no phone call as they said and one person handle it to another one then i didn't get anything fixed, So i wish i can do -5 stars for the services and the sales. So please be sure i had everything before making any deals, plus im going to report this to the BBB and the court after i fix it my self. More
Dealer hides fees and does not disclose them until you agree to purchase. Price listed on the web site has no asterisk nor does it say anything about dealer fee of $995.00. The sale offer will say it is a warranty fee, but salespeople will say recondition fee. Either way, it is a fake fee that they tack on. They will tell you EVERY dealer does it. That is not so. Called to have the fee removed and at the very least, explained better to me. The female sales manager was rude and failed to properly explain it to my understanding. Beware folks, bait and switch. This so-called warranty, recondition fee or whatever they call it, should be posted and advertised so the customer if well aware of it upfront. More

I came in to purchase a vehicle with my co-signer I had previously checked out the car took for a test drive. the day of purchase my salesman was clearly very busy which Is good I get it we all need to msk previously checked out the car took for a test drive. the day of purchase my salesman was clearly very busy which Is good I get it we all need to mske some money but it affected the quality of customer service. also two days driving it off the lot the oil light went on. and keeps coming on I’m adding oil three days later it’s on so there’s obviously and oil leak. when reaching out to the service dept I was surprised that the mechanic took zero responsibility for not catching this very obvious issue and then told me well if i bring it in be ready to wait for 48 hours. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE THE SALE. they pride themselves in doing an 120 point inspection (or higher) yet I had to ask for washer fluid before driving off the lot and then the leak was noticed several days later. I love the car I got and It wasn’t a terrible experience but make sure you Ask them if the inspection was done thoroughly. It was very clear that they were trying to pump out those cars and get their numbers off rather than have quality inspections and customer service. Why do all used salesmen end up Bring shady to some degree. And if your dept is the “service” dept service your customers when they call you don’t make them feel like they should’ve know. No! In fact sir you should have known during your “inspection” Im getting no returned phone calls. Frustrating More
