Chris especially was the bright spot here. He texted back and forth with me the day before with accurate information and took pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. Even after our late hours sale transaction, he still took the time to sit in the Sienna and go through every infotainment feature and make sure our phones were synced up and properly configured. I've spent alot of time in car dealerships in my lifetime, and working with Chris was what you kind of hope for - friendly, responsive, honest and seems to be genuinely concerned his customers leave happy.
