I got the price I wanted for my trades and walked away with what I felt was a very good deal. From management to sales to finance it was the experience I was hoping for. In a world were below average cust with what I felt was a very good deal. From management to sales to finance it was the experience I was hoping for. In a world were below average customer service is the norm you can really tell when people take the time to care and be a service to others. I strive for this level of service in what I do and teach as a district manager or an auto repair franchise. Even if I didn't buy I would have made a review. Great work all around From Andrew 1, Andrew 2, Nate the Great, Nic, to Ian. This is either the third or fourth vehicle I've bought from an Uftring owed Dealer. I was upside on my current car loan, and I was not happy with the car. Itwasn’t what I really wanted. I went into Uftring in Pekin specifically because my family has a good history with cars from this deale with the car. Itwasn’t what I really wanted.
