In the fall of 2022, I pulled into the lot to view some Wranglers. I was not ready to purchase. Nathan Wonboy chatted with me and for the next 6-8 months, he stayed in contact. In may of 2023, I sat wit Wranglers. I was not ready to purchase. Nathan Wonboy chatted with me and for the next 6-8 months, he stayed in contact. In may of 2023, I sat with him for almost 4 hours, where he meticulously discussed attributes of several Jeep Wrangler models. After careful consideration, I decided on a build and picked a gorgeous Willy. The industry underwent some issues and I had to endure some delays in the process, but when it finally arrived, I couldn't have been happier. It is exactly what I wanted. Nathan stayed in touch the whole time, even sending me pictures once the Jeep arrived at the dealership. The pick up was efficient, the finance department was professional. Nathan has checked in by phone and email a few times since the purchase. I would highLy recommend purchasing here. More
I went to Ufrtring in Pekin to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo a oil change and and not knowing that they hire kids to train to work on cars and just so happened one worked on mine did my oil change and d Laredo a oil change and and not knowing that they hire kids to train to work on cars and just so happened one worked on mine did my oil change and did not put a new gasket on my oil plug they used the old one and knew this and did not tell me well now I have to replace the motor and they are not trying to pay for since it was their fought I even offered to meet them half way and pay for the labor but no they did not want to fix my truck even though they been trying to buy my truck because they know it in high demand they wanted to offer me something cheeper than what I have like I don't know what I have but unfortunately they lost a loyal customer due to their negligence I love taking my cars to dealership service to get my cars fixed but not now not any more if you need your car fixe please go else where I do not advise to go to them and every since that happened they try to treat us like xxxx. More
I purchased a car here back in March of 2020 and the experience overall was smooth and enjoyable as it was my first time buying a vehicle. I purchased a Chrysler 300 and about two weeks later I notice t experience overall was smooth and enjoyable as it was my first time buying a vehicle. I purchased a Chrysler 300 and about two weeks later I notice that the dash is starting to peel back where the leather meets the windshield. Upon further inspection and research I come to find out that this is a very common issue in 2011-2018 Chrysler 300's and Jeep Grand Cherokees. I then reach out to the salesman who sold me the car and he states its no problem they will take care of it just make an appointment with the service dept. However by the time I come in for my appointment the salesman is no longer with the company. So now it becomes "did the salesman give you this in an 'I owe you' (which they give you if they need to take care of something still after you leave with the vehicle) and if not then he will have to speak to his manager and see what he can do"...they take pictures and tell me how unlucky I am because that is an expensive job and send me on my way saying they will let me know. Never hear from them. Fast forward to about a month ago I finally make another appointment to see what is going on and get a tune up amongst other things including sensor issues that are covered by the warranty I pay for every month. Once again I am told how unlucky I am because its a tough job and they cant seem to find the parts they need to fix it anywhere then they stick me with my $600 service bill and send me on my way. Long story short I do not recommend this dealership. More

How about driving five hours of an 8 hour drive to see a car that “Amanda” said was available the last night and the morning before you left only to get a text message that the car was sold two days ago and car that “Amanda” said was available the last night and the morning before you left only to get a text message that the car was sold two days ago and Amanda was at home sending messages and not consulting management and when I called the dealership the GM’s excuse was she was working at home and didn’t know, it happens and cars go fast.
