I called and asked for the used car sales manager and that is when Ian Lott answered the phone. I started the process on March 12, 2015 and once i finalized all the info with my credit union and sent Ian the check and once it cleared i was able to pick up my dream car on April 7, 2015. I set up my flight and flew into Chicago and rode a train to bloomington and Ian went out of his way to pick me up even though i was 45 mins away. We drove back to the dealership and once we arrived at the dealership I found my car was all nice and clean put away in the garage bay. Ian let me take it for a spin and then i returned and he gave me all my paperwork and extra keys and sent me on my way back to south Texas. Even though this whole expierence took about 1 whole month it wasnt Ians fault and he was always willing to help me out in any way and always keeping in touch by email. I would highly recommend anyone to shop with Uftring Dodge and especially if Ian is the guy helping you. I am a very satisfied customer of Uftring dodge. More

Since we are over 80 miles away from the dealership, I was able to work with Bryan Thigpen completely over the internet, sending pictures of my trade-in, prequalifing, and able to have a complete deal on the table before I drove to the dealership. Very professional, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The only down side was that they were really busy and we had to wait for our turn with a financial agent. But once in Craig Columbia's office, he was as efficient and professional as the rest of the dealership. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
