Chris didn't hassle me and try to get me anything I didn't want. Just listen to what I had to say. I knew what I wanted. He had one vehicle I wanted and got the other. I am very dissatisfied with the service of late with my truck. I was charged $22 of an environmental fee of which I had no fluids and no tires looked at changed or replaced. All I had was a $12 plastic piece installed on my ram box locking system on my ram box. when I asked the young man who took my money to pay for this what it was for he couldn’t explain it. All he said is it something that y’all do and you do it to everyone and he just can’t explain it, but it is a charge that’s on our ticket. I bought my vehicles from the North Pekin store and as far as I’m concerned, I’m gonna start looking for another Dodge dealer that’s in the area that can maybe take over my vehicles maintenance..
