Uftring Ford Subaru

Thank You Frank!! My husband and I were in the market for a 2004-2005 Ford Thunderbird. We initially started on CarGuru.com and found a T-bird we were interested in at My husband and I were in the market for a 2004-2005 Ford Thunderbird. We initially started on CarGuru.com and found a T-bird we were interested in at Uftring. I made contact with Frank and he was courteous and patient with me and my million questions. My husband stopped by to look at the car and even though this wasn't the one for us, Frank didn't drop the ball. During a 2-3 year period, Frank would contact us about various T-birds they had at the dealership. This year he contacted us with what he thought was "the one", a 2004 Pacific Coast. We made a 3 hour drive to Uftring to meet with Frank and test drive the car. We had given them a price we would pay but it turned out there were a couple of things we were not happy with. My husband offered a lower price due to those things and Frank went to bat for us. Not only did we get the car of my dreams but at the price we wanted along with delivery of the auto since we couldn't take it home that day. I also obtained a fabulous receipe of Frank's Grandmas zuchinni! I have a number of Frank's business cards in my office to give to my customers who may be looking for a great car and a great price; talk to Frank! More

Good experience on a rainy, rainy day! I popped in to look around and didn't know any sales people. Frank was quick to locate cars in my range and interest. He did not push the more expensive option, but listened to my budget concerns. Even with the pouring rain, he took good care of us and helped us get to test drive two vehicles. In working on the trade in / final price, he made a good effort to get me what I wanted. Didn't get all the way there, but very close. I would recommend Frank to anyone. Great Experience My wife has been interested in Retro T-Birds, since we located one in Angola, IN. She has been checking the web and found the rare '03 T-Bird (Baby Blue) at your dealership. I generally prefer to speak with someone at the top and asked for any sales mgr. There were none available and Rob Applegate received my call. We are from Michigan and this was an interesting experience, haggling for a classic car, over the phone. Rob has not been with the dealership long and handled my requests with great professionalism. We had a repair issue and being >300 miles away, the Parts Mgr. and Service techs really came through, as well and got us on the road in a short time. I researched site after site and read review after review, so much so that everything began to blend together and I started to lose track of what I've been researching. My parents had recently made a purchase from Uftring, and said we should go check them out. They mentioned that if we go, to talk to Frank. So, one hot, humid Saturday morning, my wife and I went and talked to Frank. Something we noticed right away is that the Uftring salesmen do not swarm you in the parking lot like piranhas. We walked into the showroom and asked to meet with Frank, where we were immediately offered refreshments. Throughout the day, Frank did an amazing job catering to our curiosities. My wife and I never felt as if he was trying to sell a car just to make a buck. Even though he is a Minnesota Vikings fan, if you want a calm, haggle-free and easy-going experience, do yourself a favor and go see Frank. More
