We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

This week I purchased a vehicle from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln. Ed Seggelke was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was kind, engaging, personable and an all around great person. He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Ed treats people the way everyone should treat others and I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed for an awesome experience! Also, Danielle, the Business Manager is so nice and easy to work with. Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

Sales representative Gerry was excellent and very professional. No high pressure. Purchased a Ford F-150 XLT. The truck was in excellent condition and very clean. A big plus is they do an inspection and take care of issues before the truck is put out on sale. Highly recommended if you are looking for a truck.

The internet buying experience was great. Craig Holsman was helpful and when a vehicle I was inquiring about was sold he mentioned another vehicle that they had just taken in that matched what I needed for me son. It was a 2017 Ford Focus with only 30K miles. As anyone looking for cars today knows that it is hard to find an older car with low miles. The price was very fair. When we got to store the Sales Manager, Tom Julian, was also very helpful and made the buying experience memorable for my son. He was very cordial and I know we got a very good deal on the car. Over the decades of buying cars, this was by far the best interaction we have had with a dealership. If I had this interaction years ago when buying a car, I think we would have been a long term Ford family. We also met the owner, John Hennessy, and that also supported the fact that this store has an old school approach and treats their customers in the right way. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family in the future.
