Aaron Joseph was my contact and he understood that I was only going to be in town for a couple of days. I only had one day to buy the car. He had everything ready and I was able to make a decision quickly. I could not complete a bank transfer as it was Saturday, an unexpected setback. AJ and Chris Craine saw no issue with the delay and my daughter drive away with her new car. Lots of happy tears that day. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my daughter got her much needed car. You don't see that kind of customer service anymore. I would travel to Illinois to buy my next car, love that place! I bought a van with a ding the size of a silver dollar in the driver door. They agreed to fix it. The body shop did a great job. Ivan and I actually disagreed where the ding had been; you can't see it. They gave me my trade-in amount where other dealers wouldn't. I'm very picky for the right combination of price, year and mileage. I had serious talks with 2 other dealerships. One wouldn't work at all for price and trade-in. The other was one of those now, now, now dealers that try to force a sale down your throat. Ivan communicated all the steps to me and was no pressure. I got a great rate. I've dealt with a small town dealer for probably over 20 years. I told them last September I was looking for a new van. They never did have anything for me; even after a few calls and a couple of visits over the last couple of months. I'm the kind of consumer that looks for long term relationships with brands and businesses. It is very early but I hope this is the beginning of several future purchases. More

Fantastic Experience by the entire Uftring Team Earlier this year my Mother purchased a car from "Big Frank". My Mother and I was very impressed by their professionalism. So when our car was totaled, we knew who we wanted to do business with. Once again they showed their dedication to their customers. They pulled numerous vehicles up front for my wife to look at, since her accident left my wife with back problems. We originally were looking for a used replacement vehicle. After test driving the new 2015 Ford Escape Titanium, we were very impressed with the appearance, color and comfortable ride, (not to mention the interior options and safety features). A special thanks to Kenyon and Matt who filled in for Frank while he was on Vacation. No pressure, always pleasant, and having two different vehicle's ready for my wife to test drive was an added touch.
