I'm in the process of taking my vehicle back for the 4th time in almost as many weeks for the same issue (having to wait 6 weeks for a particular part). Instead of wasting money on advertising and PR stunts, perhaps hiring more qualified mechanics and technicians would be best. Service dept people have no control over this and doing the best job they can under the circumstances. More

I don't mind waiting but I get a little anxious when it goes 2 weeks without a word about an ordered item, I had to call to see what was happening with the item, two more weeks later I had to call again, w goes 2 weeks without a word about an ordered item, I had to call to see what was happening with the item, two more weeks later I had to call again, well you get the idea. I know Mr Keil is not in control of parts being ordered, so in my case Uftring Montgomery should tighten up the lines of communication so the customer is made aware of any delays. More
