I'm in the process of taking my vehicle back for the 4th time in almost as many weeks for the same issue (having to wait 6 weeks for a particular part). Instead of wasting money on advertising and PR stunts time in almost as many weeks for the same issue (having to wait 6 weeks for a particular part). Instead of wasting money on advertising and PR stunts, perhaps hiring more qualified mechanics and technicians would be best. Service dept people have no control over this and doing the best job they can under the circumstances. More
