Used Cadilllac Purchase Overall, we did not have a positive buying experience. The building itself seems very outdated. I also was told to just stop the service center the following Monday to have the front license plate holder put on the car. Tena said she would call them and let them know I would be in after work. I then discovered that the oil life on my car was down to 0%. Who sells a luxury car without checking the oil life.?? Then when I did stop by on Monday after work, no-one had called to tell them I would be coming, and they didn't have enough staff to put on the license plate holder OR change the oil. I had to come back two days later. Very disappointing and frustrating for my first luxury car purchase. I would have to really think hard about buying from here again. More
