I really dislike pushy sales people and was happy to find that this is NOT the case at Ultimate Chrysler Dodge and Jeep. Debbie, the Finance Manager and head paper pusher was just fantastic. She took her time and was extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions and make suggestions based on her experience.I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. By the way, I had been taking my previous van to their service department for the last 5 years and could'nt be happier with their professionalism and prompt service. The staff was incredible and matched us up to a 2016 Jeep Patriot, that I and my wife just loved, and did everything to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I hope to get at least as many miles with this one, and the lifetime bumper to bumper extended warranty may just make it happen. More

I'm happy to report that yes times have changed and my experience with personnel employed at Ultimate Chrysler/Dodge in Mt. Home, Arkansas was a painless, gratifying experience. The patience of Mr. Alan Sollis explaining all the fine and intricate details of the forthcoming 2017 Ram Longhorn I intended to purchase went as smooth as silk. He answered any and all questions without hesitation I presented to my total satisfaction. Alan introduced me to the general manager Mr. McMaster who was kind enough to take time from his work and explained to me the facility operations in future vehicle serving and also answered further questions I had that came to mind. Afterwards Alan walked me through the dealership to familiarize me with the layout for a future return.
