When I purchased the car I was told I had two free oil changes. I had one done several months ago but when I went to get the second one they said I didn't have any left and I had to pay for it. Also, I asked the person who logged me in when I was there for my appointment to please check for a rattle noise. But when they gave the car back to me there was no record of them checking for that other than the normal maintenance check. I was asked if I wanted to send it back in but it would have to go to a different part of the building, and I didn't have time for that so I said no. I didn't actually interact with John personally, a woman checked me in instead and a different person checked me out. I only received a text message and email from John. I had to drive an hour to get to this dealership. I will not do that again in the future, but we'll go to someone else for regular maintenance. More
