I bring my SUV to Andrew Toyota for service and mechanical issues and I appreciate the service. However my disconnect is that every time I bring it there another issue is discovered, I do want to k mechanical issues and I appreciate the service. However my disconnect is that every time I bring it there another issue is discovered, I do want to know if there are problems but one would think it would have been discovered the previous time. 3 month after I replaced my rear wiper, I was told it needed to be replaced, but there were no streaks and the blade wiped all rain and moisture away. Recently I brought my car in with working front blades but when I left the right blade was split, I don’t know what happened because they were working when I brought my car in it was a snowy day. I had a confrontation with Mike in service because I was disappointed that all of a sudden I have a light out on my plates and it may cost over $90 because a bulb was out, a screw appears to be rusted and it might need a hole drilled in it. Mike forwarded my call to Allen without the curtesy of saying “hang on while I connect you with the service manager”. I clearly understand wear and tear but these things they find seem to just be a result of someone wanting to charge astronomical prices for simple jobs. I had it appraised by a body shop which gave me a price of $25 plus the cost of the bulb, that’s only if drilling is needed. Last year I was quoted a price of $3,000 + dollars for needed service but even after ordering the parts and labor at a prominent large mechanic shop here in Milwaukee with over 4 locations I was only out of 1,100 dollars. I was quoted $ 1,200 for replacement tires at Andrew Toyota but was able to buy 4 top of the line brand new Goodyear tires for $540 on sale. The prices at Andrew Toyota are astronomical which leads me to go elsewhere to have the service rendered. Prices at Andrew was very high before Covid-19 and the inflated prices we’ve seen in the last year I wonder if there is room for improvement because I’d rather have Toyota experts service my Toyota. More

Put a 500 deposit that I asked my sales guy and finance guy to put back on my card. They claimed they used it as a down payment which is not what we discussed. Also I just got paperwork sent to my home tha guy to put back on my card. They claimed they used it as a down payment which is not what we discussed. Also I just got paperwork sent to my home that my plate transfer did not go through and I need to resign. Now my plates will expire before my paperwork gets processed. Not a professional dealership. I will never give them my business again. More
