Always fast and timely and the employees are always super nice and fun to talk to. Marc Brandofina was great to work with. He made the process very easy. However, once it came to finalizing with finance and working with Chris Williams, I had the worst experience. As the customer purc process very easy. However, once it came to finalizing with finance and working with Chris Williams, I had the worst experience. As the customer purchasing a vehicle I have every right to ask a question regarding the interest rate being different than what I thought it would be. Chris instantly became loud, condescending, rude and disrespectful as well as blaming Marc for any false information. My 12 year old daughter was in the room with me and even told me she couldn’t believe how rude he was. If I had not been referred to Marc I would have walked out of that office and bought a vehicle from someone else. More
