I enjoy coming here. Making appointments is usually done in a breeze, and I just bring the car into the garage, a representative comes over with a clipboard and writes down the mileage and stuff, then you h in a breeze, and I just bring the car into the garage, a representative comes over with a clipboard and writes down the mileage and stuff, then you head over to the kiosk and sign some papers OKing them doing service on your car. After that, you can either wait in the waiting room or go home if you have your own ride, or ask them to give you a ride home. They will drop you off and pick you up at whatever location so long as it's not unreasonably far. I've used their pickup/drop off service and the drivers are super nice and very courteous. I've also waited at the lounge. I usually bring some snacks to munch on while I wait. They have coffee/soda/water/tea/hot chocolate stations so you can get any drink you need. But you have to pay for snacks if you're feeling like munching on something. So I just bring my own. The lounge has chairs and little coffee tables and a TV. The remote is usually around somewhere, so feel free to change the station. I usually bring my iPad so I don't need the TV. There's also a children's playstation and a small work station with 2 partitioned desks. I haven't been inside since the lounge is usually empty enough and it's not too loud. There are also cafe style tables and chairs just outside the lounge. It's on the show floor but it's still pretty nice here. So after about an hour, the rep will come over and find you, and explain what was done, go over the 20-point inspection, and give you any recommendations if more service is needed. Nothing is enforced, so you can decide later if you want more service. After that, they go back and come back again when the car is all ready. The you walk over to the cashier and pay, and your car is waiting for you at the garage. They used to always give you complementary car washes, but now you have to ask them for one if you want one. Still complementary. I forgot to ask today so I didn't get one. If you have any questions, the representatives will usually go in detail and explain very well. Willie always explain things so I understand the problem. And I'm your average ol' Asian lady (though I think I drive better than the stereotype). John F was also super thorough with his explanations, despite the page long list of issues I had to deal with (my car was at 115K miles at the last visit). Thanks guys! More
