I sent this email last Thursday after sending an initial complaint last Tuesday. I have yet to receive an emailed response: Sir/Ma’am, When filling out your contact page, on 08/24/21 at approximately complaint last Tuesday. I have yet to receive an emailed response: Sir/Ma’am, When filling out your contact page, on 08/24/21 at approximately 1:45 pm, I selected “email” under preferred contact method yet was called. Why have this as an option if you simply ignore it? There is a reason I selected “email.” Also, since you serviced my vehicle on Tuesday the low pressure light starts to blink while driving down the highway before becoming steady. It does not blink when starting the vehicle in the morning only when I start going at a high rate of speed on the highway. This has happened both days, Wednesday and Thursday. Please contact me, via email, for follow up to this email as well as my original contact. I would like this communication documented and not a “he said/she said” scenario. More

I brought my car in to have an oil change, and was greeted with friendly staff. Everyone that works there is always so nice. I had three recent experiences with Andrew Toyota service department. The first two were pretty good as they have been in the past where I had an oil change/check over and then a new tire put on. The last one I had to get new brakes and it was not such a good experience. I’m not sure why but I had the appointment scheduled a week in advance after being told that I needed new brakes at the oil change. I brought the car in at 2 o’clock one afternoon because they said the work would take about three hours. When they called me, they said that they had to order parts and that they wouldn’t be in until the next morning. So, I was a bit frustrated that they had just had my car for almost 4 hours without doing any work on it even though I had it scheduled for that much time. Then, I called the next morning to see when I could bring it in for service to get the brakes actually changed and they were OK with me calling back after I said that I needed to check to see if I can get a different car because I need my car to make money/I use it for work and there are no other cars that I can use to maintain my income. When I called back to schedule the appointment the lady who answered the phone was pretty rude and said that she saw that my car was scheduled for 8 AM and that I should bring it in as soon as possible because they were booked for the day. Oh I did so so was there by about 9:15 AM and They asked me when I would need the car back. I told them that I would need the car as soon as possible because I need it for work and had some appointments already scheduled for the afternoon. They said that they wouldn’t be able to get to the car until later in the day but that they would try to squeeze it in at some point. I was pretty confused about why they scheduled me to bring my car in at 8 AM without telling me that and then encouraged me to bring it in as soon as possible when they couldn’t even get to it until later in the day. So, I had to cancel my afternoon appointment and they called me a little bit after two and said that I could come get the car. So, the shuttle driver came and picked me up and brought me back to the garage and when I walked in no one came up to me and offered to help me, so I went to the desk in the back and I said hi I’m here to pick up my car because somebody called me. And the lady looked at me like I was an idiot and used a rude tone and Asked me if I paid for it yet at the service desk? I said no, that nobody told me where to go in order to pick up my car and I had just been called to come back and get it. So, you can see how this was an overall frustrating experience and I really never want to bring my car back to your garage again. Thanks for asking! More
