(3) When I stood in front of the service Manager desk asking for cookies packet and car wash, the person at that counter was busy talking & joking with an employee sitting beside him and did not even care to ask me if I had any question. Why such people are asked to do service manager job? Allen Good used to be always caring about any customer and always asked if I needed anything. (4) My vehicle was not sanitized very poor job; (5) When scheduling appointment, the service center scheduler asked me my last 4 digits of my vehicle #; how will I remember it why she asked me that question wasting my time?? There exists room for opportunity for this scheduler. I asked her to transfer my call to Dan, who took care of my scheduling. (6) On Saturdays looks like this dealership's service center does very poor job. Certified Toyota technicians works only on weekdays not on Saturdays.
