They never texted back when they texted to send questions. I was supposed to get my car detailed but the person I scheduled the appointment with(Giavonni) screwed that up, the detail person I was l questions. I would have never come in to wait 2 hours for just an oil change. Why do they text us to say “please text with any questions “ but after texting 3 questions, I didn’t get any texts back? Friendly, helpful. My mom so car got flat tire, she unable to drives her car to the dealer. Mike assigned a driver comes to get the car drive to dealer and replace a new tire.
