I was disappointed by Andrew Toyota because I didn't get a counter offer on a new 2024 Grand Highlander that they had in stock. It's been awhile since I purchased a new vehicle so I expected that last year a counter offer on a new 2024 Grand Highlander that they had in stock. It's been awhile since I purchased a new vehicle so I expected that last year's model would go down in price. I contacted Andrew Toyota multiple times in the last month speaking to different sells people but was not able to make a deal. In fact the last sells person I spoke to said the vehicle was on hold due to the safety recall with an airbag issue. After reviewing the site today I noticed that the selected vehicle I liked was sold. Don't take it as an insult I just expected better feedback. I'm not impressed with my local Toyota dealership either. They wouldn't even let me test drive one. Anyway, my search will continue. More
