I have been going to Andrew Toyota for many years. In my opinion its service department is the best of the best as is John Endisch, the Assistant Service Manager. Over the years everyone in the department t opinion its service department is the best of the best as is John Endisch, the Assistant Service Manager. Over the years everyone in the department that I have had contact with has been extremely helpful and pleasant. I recently had a problem with my 2004 Lexus ES 330. On three occasions within 3 months its battery was dead. After the third time I called John and he said I should bring it in and he'd fit me in. The car was kept over night and the diagnosis was that nothing was wrong with the car. John said the only problem was that it was't been driven enough to keep the battery charged. I appreciate the outstanding service received for what was no mechanical problem and for all the the other times I have brought my cars in for service. Kudos to Andrew's Service Department. More
