The only good thing I can say is the parts manager and the financial gentleman who closed my car deal we’re competent and pleasant to deal with. Most of people I dealt with treated me like I was insignificant due to I was buying a used car and financing through my loan company. They could never supply me with answers. Titeled my vehicle wrong and made me wait two weeks for a small part on a door handle that was broke when I got the car. They stated that the part had to be special order. I found the part on Amazon and I could have walked 5 blocks to a Kia dealer from your dealership and picked it up at Lupiant Kia service... I had to drive around 2 1/2 weeks with a door handle falling off. Not happy with that either More
