I've trusted the service department to service my cars for over 10 years and have noticed a pretty sharp decline recently. My last couple oil changes and tire rotations each took over 1.5 hours to complet for over 10 years and have noticed a pretty sharp decline recently. My last couple oil changes and tire rotations each took over 1.5 hours to complete. It used to take less than 30 minutes, which included a complimentary car wash (car wash no longer included). Prices for fairly simple tasks seem exorbitant. For example, at my last visit, they wanted to clean the battery terminals for $63.81. A person can handle that task on their own in like 10 minutes (which is what I did). Also, lately they seem to be trying to push unnecessary services on me. For example, at almost every visit, they recommend 4 wheel alignment even though there's zero indication of wheels being out of alignment such as uneven tire wear. Some service providers in the area will check alignment for free before making any adjustments. This department requires you to commit to the alignment regardless of whether it's actually needed. Despite these recent frustrations, I have been consistently pleased with the service advisors, and the quality of work performed is very good. More
