Typically we have great service from Andrew Toyota. We were disappointed this time because on our trip up north the hood of our vehicle started flapping on the freeway. When we stopped we found it had no were disappointed this time because on our trip up north the hood of our vehicle started flapping on the freeway. When we stopped we found it had not been latched shut all the way. We also had numerous cloth grocery bags in the car that were missing when we got our vehicle back. Everything else done on the vehicle was up to par and customer service with Dan was, as usual, awesome! More
