We enjoyed our sales person Shawn when we bought our Rav 4. But we failed to see the scuff on the left side of bumper. We than called back the dealership & no one called until 3 days later. Paid over 400 More

Went in for an oil change and a leaking tire. Instead of replacing the tire they were able to seal it and save me hundreds! More
