I brought my car in for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, alignment). I was overall pleased with the service but was very uncomfortable inside the dealership itself. With rising cases, I was surprised to see employees walking around without masks, including to speak to other employees. I had to pay for my service where one employee had been standing on the customer side of the divider speaking to the cashier without a mask and leaving without sanitizing. I would be uncomfortable returning during the pandemic. How could I possibly know if employees working on my car were wearing masks while inside my vehicle? Based on how employees inside the dealership were acting, I wouldn't want to bet that everyone in service was being responsible. More
