This experience has been a nightmare. All I wanted was a new radio. It took 3 days after the UBS plug pulled out in my hand. And I’ve been back twice - for a loose XM antenna and now because the backseat new radio. It took 3 days after the UBS plug pulled out in my hand. And I’ve been back twice - for a loose XM antenna and now because the backseat DVD player wasn’t installed right. I called on Thursday thinking it might be a quick fix and was told someone would call me back but that never happened. So the car is back there now. More
