Twice in one year’s time I have been in and asked for additional work to be performed during a regularly scheduled oil change only to have evidence that it was not and to be blown off when I brought it t additional work to be performed during a regularly scheduled oil change only to have evidence that it was not and to be blown off when I brought it to my service advisor’s attention. Once it was the matter of noticing a burned out headlight the morning I was dropping it off for service. Asked that it be replaced and was charged for part and installation. The bulb being replaced was not a Toyota part. Two days later I was cited for driving with only one headlight. I went straight to an auto parts store to replace it only to discover it was the old bulb and had never been replaced. When I called and then went IN to Andrew Toyota with the bulb I replaced they claimed since I didn’t come there they had no way of knowing. Insinuating that I was lying. The sheer convenience of their location to my workplace and my hope that this was a fluke brought me back there again. Oil change and tire rotation. Passenger rear tire has a slow leak. I forgot to mention it. Kick myself when I pick it up. Slow leak should now be driver’s side front, correct? Nope...tire with the leak is in the same spot. Rear passenger side. I call and am told moving the tire likely fixed the leak and this is a new leak in the tire on the back passenger side. They won’t even look at it. I will never go back and will tell these stories to anyone who asks. More

At first we were very pleased with our service, everyone was friendly and it went very quickly. However within a week of having our vehicle we came back and reported it was making sounds. Within two weeks of that we had to put out another grand from our own pocket to repair something that was checked off as cleared on the paperwork. Service costs to high example hub bearing $1043 for one side. I changed both sides $230. in 3 hours. That est was with front brakes $341. I go to Andrew Toyota for most of my cars/service.
