Not completely pleased this time For the first time since I bought my Highlander from this dealership in 2010 I wasn't totally pleased with my service appointment. The problem I brought the car in for servicing wasn't initially remedied requiring returning for another service appointment. In addition, during the first appointment I bought a new set of 4 tires and the day after their installation, the warning Tire icon appeared. After adding some air at home, the light went off but I would have thought the correct tire pressure would have been verified before sending the car back. And, speaking of the tires, I did not receive any warranty paperwork for them. Was I supposed to? For these reasons, this time, I can only rate 2 stars for Quality of work. The Service representative I worked with was Willie Willet and I appreciated his communication with me as to work needing to be done, price, etc. He was thorough and easy to work with. More

The company had changed SO much. We have been with you since you were on Browndeer Rd. We use to get our autos washed after anything done to truck now we see hand marks on the truck, we get no cookies any since you were on Browndeer Rd.
