Happy except found a bunch of garbage under the front passenger seat and fluids were not topped off like I expected. Also no front plate holder , which is law in my state. ( my son the police officer said will receive a ticket). All in all I got the car I want. More

Excellent overall experience. I decided to purchase a new Toyota Highlander via the internet on dealership websites rather than repeat my car buying strategy of the past 30 years w I decided to purchase a new Toyota Highlander via the internet on dealership websites rather than repeat my car buying strategy of the past 30 years which consisted of driving all over several counties and spending endless, mind-numbing hours imprisoned in a salesperson's cubicle. I emailed my offer for a Highlander with the options I desired to 7 different dealerships from Milwaukee to Sheboygen and on up to Green Bay looking for the best deal. Steve Wallin from Andrew Toyota was the first to respond. He didn't start up some inane conversation or string me along while having to clear something with his manager. He never attempted to talk me into something I wasn't interested in. Straight up he gave me Andrew's out-the-door price with all the charges and fees itemized as I had requested. As responses from the other dealerships trickled in (which included those inane questions) it became apparent that Steve's offer was the lowest by a significant amount. In all, it took just 5 efficient emails from start to finish with Steve to lock in a great price with an over-the-phone deposit. Here's the icing on the cake: two days later when I arrived at the Andrew Toyota dealership to sign the papers and pick up my new Highlander there were no last minute surprises or additional charges. This is how car purchasing should be. If you are considering buying a Toyota and want a great price from a helpful, no-nonsense, salesperson with integrity, call Andrew Toyota and ask to speak with Steve Wallin. More

High labor rates Was informed there's an oil leak from my timing chain cover. At 75000 miles on the vehicle this type of issue shouldn't happen. I stated that that's ridiculous and the SA agreed, gave me a number for Toyota Customer Service, but said there's "nothing else they can do." Sure there is. Get the manager and work with the customer to show that you stand behind the product you sell and service. Took it to another dealer and was quoted $1000 less for same repair. The test that was done, putting dye in the oil to trace the leak cost $89. Other dealer stated that's a lot more than they charge. I have no beef with the courtesy of the staff and the promptness of repairs, but the cost of having them work on things is higher than others in the area. More
