Tire air leaking problems since new tires 10 months ago Car was brought in due to air leaking in all tires. Rims seemed to have corrosion and as a result air was leaking needing refill every couple week Car was brought in due to air leaking in all tires. Rims seemed to have corrosion and as a result air was leaking needing refill every couple weeks. Service was well done with politeness. I am upset because rims should have been cleaned when I had new tires installed March of 2019? And cost to wire brush rims seemed excessively high at $273. More

Zee does an amazing job working with customers. He took me back to look under my vehicle to understand the recommended repairs. He also arranged for a loaner vehicle. Car service After having my car serviced I was told their computer wasn’t working and my car report would be sent to me. It was sent but my computer could not ope After having my car serviced I was told their computer wasn’t working and my car report would be sent to me. It was sent but my computer could not open the report. I tried twice emailing the service manager but received no reply. Also, in Jan I received an email from the service manager asking me to make an appt. to have my car serviced. I emailed him back saying I thought I had already done that previously. Again I received no reply so I made an appt. for feb 17. Today I gat a reminder of my appt. for tomorrow. What is going on? More
