She went above working with us and the night we brought home the car it turned out that there were areas of body damage that had not been fixed. I texted the pics of damage (that night) to Sholonda and she assured me it would be taken care of. The next day (her day off) she came into Andrew and got the car to body shop for repair. I was given loaner car and two days later I picked up the car fixed and fine! Sholonda's customer service was striking and I would recommend her to friends and family. Andrew continues serving my family which they have been doing for the past 25 years!! More
