My truck was damaged between drop off and pick up. Upon entering service area my service advisor did a thorough visual check of my truck. No dents or scratches or dings. Upon receiving my truck after the 10K was complete there was a door ding and scratch on the driver side door. The service advisor who handed me my keys checked with the admitting advisor to inquirer about any issues with my truck. He said there were none. At this time the new service advisor looked at the damage to my truck. She took pictures of the scratch. I received no apologies and no guarantee that Andrew Toyota would pay for their carelessness. I was told that management would need to take a look at their video system to see if the damage was done on their property. Since the incoming service advisor saw no damage when I brought the truck in I should have been given an immediate apology and assurances the damage would be fixed at no cost to me. I received a call several hours later saying that their was no video evidence the damage was done on their property but they would fix the damage. I have since gotten a couple estimates. I have been told by 2 different repair businesses that my options are to sand the area around the scratch and repaint the door or apply touch up paint. I was told if I go the touch up route I will see the mark on my truck forever. This is a new truck with 10K miles on it. Thanks Andrew Toyota for your carelessness. Great dealership to purchase from and have service done at. I’ve been dealing with this dealership for 10 plus years. They are great to work with. Service actually fixes problems and helps prevents problems wit I’ve been dealing with this dealership for 10 plus years. They are great to work with. I like the cookies on the passenger seat after any service( kids end up finding them). Those are details people remember and appreciate. More

Worst experience I brought my car in for an oil change in perfect condition. The technicians said there was something wrong. When I brought it back again, the technici I brought my car in for an oil change in perfect condition. The technicians said there was something wrong. When I brought it back again, the technician found more problems. I declined to fix them. The shifter was not put back in properly, and now the car is not working good. The car is now making a noise that it did not make prior to the inspection and service. More
