Andrew makes it right..... I hope I brought my car in for an O2 sensor replacement and was told I needed a front end alignment also. Shortly after filling out the on line review Allen Good phoned me and said that Andrew would make it good and take the cost of the wheel alignment off my bill. I haven't received my credit card statement yet to see if it was done. If it was done as promised I'll continue to get my service work done at Andrew if not, they have lost a repeat customer who won't be shy about sharing his experience. More
