10,000 mile checkup In general, the 10,000 mile inspection was done well. Took a little longer than expected. I saw my car was parked in the lot but it took about 15 min In general, the 10,000 mile inspection was done well. Took a little longer than expected. I saw my car was parked in the lot but it took about 15 minutes for me to be called to claim it. My interior filter was inspected and the technician failed to reset the glove box properly. It was immediately fixed. All in all, it was a satisfactory experience. More

Above and beyond I brought my car in for scheduled service on a Thursday, or at least I thought I had scheduled the service for Thursday. After inheriting a 2005 I just wanted to take a moment to come here and leave feedback for my experience at Andrew Toyota approximately 3 months ago. After inheriting a 2005 Toyota Prius from mom around 2012, the car got me from A to B to C for a trusty 7 years or so. Right in the beginning of May, my hybrid battery had suddenly died on my way to work. I knew that I always had liked the Rav4 model by Toyota, and was even more incentivized to buy one when they came out with a hybrid model a few years ago. The first Toyota dealership I went to (which will remain nameless), gave me false information, was misleading, and extremely pushy of the sale. They told me it would be nearly impossible to obtain a Hybrid Rav4 model, wanted me to put money down just to *see* if they could even source a second-choice color/model I liked that they didn't have in stock, and worst was how rude and demeaning the sales manager was. This whole process took over a week, and I needed a car ASAP. Needless to say, I had lost hope of getting the car I truly wanted, vs. settling for a version of it. Upon going home to 'sleep on it, my dad and I discovered online that Andrew Toyota showed 6-8 different Hybrid models in stock. We were in total disbelief... we hadn't even thought to look online or at other dealerships as we had been so convinced of how 'impossible' it would be to get a Hybrid. Within one day of conversing with the sales manager, I was in Andrew Toyota test driving and looking at their Hybrid Rav4 stock. I test drove a Hybrid XLE model, and ended up signing for a Hybrid XSE model that was on its way to the lot. No questions asked, the sales manager, Christian, and my sales representative, Jimmy, got things going, helped me through my millions of questions, and got me set up for my first car purchase. Being that the car wouldn't be in stock for about a week, to top things off, they even loaned me a 2019 Corolla until I was able to use my car... I did not even have to ask! I couldn't believe how easy, seamless, and helpful the entire process was compared to my other experience. Christian and Jimmy went above and beyond my expectations, and I have already given a few friends their contact info. In fact, after raving about my car and my experience, I just sent a friend their way and she just purchased a 2019 RAV4 XSE Hybrid (see photo), and I have another friend on the brink of buying, too. The other thing I really appreciated, is that they talked to ME - not my dad. I have been with my dad on multiple occasions with car problems, oil changes, and anything between, and often times people would talk to my dad, not me. I would totally recommend Christian and Jimmy for anyone looking for a car! I will certainly be back to Andrew Toyota for my future car purchases! More
