Turned my frustration to satisfaction I came in for a routine oil change after work. After I left the shop on the way home I noticed dirt that was inside and outside of my car. I’ve never I came in for a routine oil change after work. After I left the shop on the way home I noticed dirt that was inside and outside of my car. I’ve never seen this before and disappointed to see my car was delivered to me like this. I called the service department when I got home and even went back to show my service person the car. He was apologetic and was going to clean the car then but I was on my way somewhere. I came in the next day, they detailed my car. They exceeded my expectations! That’s excellent customer service. Easy peasy I dropped my car off on my way into work for an oil change and it couldn't have been easier or faster. Friendly, competent, and efficient I was greeted promptly and courteously. The sign-in process has become even more efficient than Andrew used to be. But the real efficiency gain was shown when the work was done. I was waiting in the lounge when my phone was messaged that my car was done. I walked to the service area where my car was already waiting for me, I was handed the (very complete) results of my 25,000 mile service and I drove off. I will miss Andrew when I move out of state this fall. More
