Fast, no pressure, enjoyable purchasing experience We went in to look at a used vehicle with no intention of actually making a purchase that evening. After being impressed by the vehicle and our sales We went in to look at a used vehicle with no intention of actually making a purchase that evening. After being impressed by the vehicle and our sales associate, Oliva, we told her our bottom line. Since it was a great deal to begin with we really didn't think our offer was going to be "approved" by management. She came back and said that it was a deal. No haggling, no time wasted with back and forth. It was a very fast, no pressure, and enjoyable experience. We returned the next evening and the vehicle was ready and waiting for us, super clean... Financing was a breeze. They only contacted our preferred lender, per our request, and got us a rate close to 1% less than we could have got walking into that lender by ourselves. Drake was VERY patient and informative answering our list of questions regarding the extended warranty. Everyone there was very friendly and kind. They made purchasing a vehicle (with a 7yr old in tow) a refreshing experience. We would highly recommend and would return for future purchases. More

Sometimes you just can't afford it at that time. The facility is very neat, clean and have good snacks. The work is done in a timely fashion. The fact that they provide courtesy van services makes all the difference in the world, if you won't be able to wait. I am able to get my car serviced more often because of having a ride. Also, when you buy a new car, you get 2 years of free service checks. That's truly awesome! More
